Our story really began in 2018, when my partner Brodie and I found each other. Neither of us could have imagined just how much our lives were about to change. What started as two people falling in love has slowly grown into the beautiful, wonderfully chaotic life we have today—a home filled with laughter, creativity, adventure, and five incredible children who inspire us every single day.

Together, we've built more than just a family. We've built a life centred around love, imagination, and creating a home where our children can grow into exactly who they're meant to be. Every year has brought new adventures, new little faces, and new dreams, including the dream that became Starseed Crystal Designs.

 

Brodie is the steady hands behind so much of what we do. While I'm usually the one covered in paint, flowers, crystals, and glitter, he's always there building, problem-solving, encouraging my wild ideas, and helping turn them into reality. He's my biggest supporter, and the person who reminds me that even the biggest dreams are possible.

As our family has grown, so has our little business. What began as a creative passion has blossomed alongside our children, evolving with every season of our lives. Starseed Crystal Designs has become a reflection of our family—a little imperfect at times, wonderfully busy, filled with love, and created with genuine heart.

Our children are woven into everything we create.

 

Our eldest, Meeka is Brodies step daughter, and is my quiet, creative soul. She's an introvert with an incredible artistic eye and loves creating just as much as I do. Whether she's drawing, painting, or gaming, I see so much of myself in her, and I often wonder if she'll one day continue the creative path I've started.

Jasper brings the perfect mix of sweetness and mischief to our home. He has the softest heart and will always be my little mummy's boy, even amongst the chaos and destruction he somehow leaves in his wake. He loves gaming with daddy & Meeka and has inherited his daddy's love of building, making, and figuring out how everything works.

Our third baby, Forest, is our first little redhead and truly lives up to the fiery spirit that comes with it. Beneath that spark is the gentlest soul. She adores all of her siblings, loves exploring nature, and is happiest with a paintbrush or pencils in her hands, creating alongside Mum and Meeka.

Then there's Winter, whose heart belongs to the animals. If there's a creature nearby—whether it's fluffy, feathered, scaly, or tiny—we're stopping to say hello. Her love for animals is simply part of who she is. She has the biggest personality, the funniest sense of humour, and a heart so full of love that she brightens every room she walks into.

Our youngest, Amity, is our second little redhead and is quickly growing into the most beautifully wild little girl. She's curious, determined, adventurous, and completely adores her older siblings. Every day she discovers something new about the world, and watching her personality blossom is one of life's greatest gifts.

 

Each of our children leaves their own little imprint on Starseed Crystal Designs. Their imagination, curiosity, love of nature, and belief in magic inspire so many of the pieces I create. They remind me to slow down, notice the little things, and see the world through eyes filled with wonder.
