Handmade Products

Every Starseed Crystal Designs creation is handmade individually and with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same.

Small variations in colour, shape, texture, placement, pattern and finish are a natural part of handmade products and help make each creation unique.

These natural handmade variations are not considered faults where the product otherwise meets your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Natural Crystals

Crystals are natural products of the earth and every piece is unique.

Natural characteristics may include:

• Colour and pattern variations

• Natural inclusions

• Small pits or cavities

• Druzy areas

• Uneven surfaces

• Natural fractures, lines or markings

• Differences in shape and formation

These characteristics are not necessarily signs of damage or faults.

We do our best to photograph and describe our crystals and handmade pieces accurately.

 

Product Photography

We make every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, editing and individual screen or device settings.

Natural materials may also vary slightly in colour, pattern and appearance.

 

Crystal Properties & Disclaimer

Information provided about the traditional, spiritual or metaphysical properties of crystals is provided for general and entertainment purposes only.

Crystal healing and metaphysical information should not be considered medical, psychological or professional advice and should not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified professional.

We do not guarantee that a crystal or crystal product will produce any particular physical, emotional or spiritual result.

 

Product Care

Our handmade pieces are decorative artworks and should be handled with care.

Many of our creations contain delicate materials including crystals, preserved or dried flowers, clay pieces, fibres, shells and other decorative elements.

We recommend:

• Handling your piece gently

• Keeping it away from excessive moisture and humidity

• Avoiding prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight

• Avoiding pulling or placing pressure on fibres or decorative components

• Hanging wall pieces securely using an appropriate fixing for your wall and the weight of the piece

Natural and preserved materials may gradually change in appearance over time.

 

Safety

Our handmade creations are intended primarily as decorative items and are not toys, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Some products may contain small parts, crystals, cords, fibres, dried flowers, shells or other components that could present a hazard to babies, young children or pets.

Please display products securely and keep them out of reach where appropriate.

 

Orders

Please carefully check your order before completing checkout, including your products, quantities, custom selections and delivery information.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once preparation or creation has begun or after it has been dispatched.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Creations

Custom and personalised creations are made especially for you according to the details agreed upon when ordering.

Please ensure requested colours, crystals, themes, names, measurements and other custom details are correct before production begins.

Custom and personalised products generally cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if there is a problem with your product.

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available through our website before your order is dispatched.

Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to applicable law and the correction of genuine errors.

 

Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes are subject to the conditions of the individual promotion.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Only one discount code may be used per order.

• Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discounts cannot generally be retrospectively applied after an order has been completed.

• Promotions may have expiry dates or exclude selected products.

 

Intellectual Property

Original Starseed Crystal Designs photographs, written website content, branding, artwork and original designs may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer intellectual-property rights associated with our original artwork, photography, written content or designs.

 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with consumer guarantees that apply automatically under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia.
